Madeline is a nonprofit development professional with more than a decade of experience building philanthropic partnerships, developing fundraising strategies, and advancing mission-driven organizations. She holds an M.S. in Nonprofit Leadership from the University of Denver and a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Nonprofit Management and Sustainability from Auburn University. 

Madeline grew up in rural Alabama and now lives in rural Colorado. She enjoys gardening, reading, and watercolor painting. Her passion for rural communities and producer-led approaches is deeply personal and she is excited to bring her expertise in fundraising and partnership development to RIPE’s work supporting producers and strengthening rural communities.
